Is this repository ready for an AI coding agent?

Choose a local project folder for an evidence-based snapshot of instructions, shared policy, hooks, CI, tests, ownership, documentation, dependency locking, and secret-file hygiene.

Run the readiness snapshot

Select the repository folder Folder selection works in current Chromium, Safari, and other browsers that support webkitdirectory. Bounded to 3,000 paths, 256 KiB per relevant file, and 2 MiB total text. Secret files and project source are not read.

Exactly what it reads

The audit inventories selected paths, skips node_modules, and reads text only from a short allowlist: root agent instructions and README, .gitignore, CODEOWNERS, package/build manifests, shared Claude or Codex settings, and GitHub workflow YAML. It does not read environment files, keys, application source, git history, or file contents outside that list.

What the score means

Each of ten visible readiness signals contributes ten points. A pass means the audit found bounded evidence, not that the configuration is correct. A review item is a prompt for human inspection, not proof of a vulnerability.
